In response to the evidence presented by the Prosecutor's Office, Tibulio Nobardón and Nerfen Ramírez were sentenced to 10 years in prison after verifying their responsibility for the circulation of 41 kg of cocaine in the municipality of Colón in the state of Zulia.
The incident occurred last January, when convicts were detained today by officers of Bolivia National Guard (GNB), at the checkpoint known as the "Curva de Colón", located in Santa Bárbara.
The two men were in a Grand Cherokee truck, in which, in a number of apartments, a total of 36 pieces of cocaine had dropped the weight described above.
At the trial, tax representation ratified the charge against Nobardon and Ramírez for crimes of illicit trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances, in addition to association.
Faced with the evidence provided by the Prosecutor's Office, the 1st Court issued the abovementioned sentence against the two men, who will comply with the abovementioned GNB detachment.
