The Apprentice's Lord Sugar is ready to welcome one of the biggest stars in TV to his boardroom – and then fire all but one of them like meany he is!
That's right, the long-awaited Celebrity Apprentice for Comic Relief will finally be hitting screens next month after more than six months of anticipation.
The two-part special will be airing ahead of Red Nose Day next month, as an all-star team of famous women battling five famous male celebrities for boardroom supremacy.
Representing the women will be a trio of reality TV judges: Amanda Holden from Britain's Got Talent, Ayda Field from The X Factor and Kelly Hoppen from Dragons' Day. Rounding out their squad will be EastEnders mainstay Tameka Empson as well as ex-Celebrity Big Brother housemate and amateur rapper Rachel Johnson.
Over on the men's team, ex-Big Brother Presenter Rylan Clark-Neal, Good Morning Britain's Richard Arnold and comedians Omid Djalili and Russell Kane will be led by former England manager' Big Sam 'Allardyce.
One person conspicuously absent from the male team is Lord Sugar's arch-nemesis Piers Morgan, who was fired during his last go-round of Comic Relief Does The Apprentice in 2007.
Lord Sugar recently told Digital Spy that Piers would not be allowed back on The Celebrity Apprentice because he would not last two minutes with the current cast.
The Celebrity Apprentice will air over two nights soon on BBC One. Red Nose Day airs over BBC One and BBC Two on Friday, March 15 – but you do not have to wait until then to donate!
