Verevsky bought Kernel shares for $ 2.4 million – UkrAgroConsult

Namsen Limited, directly controlled by Andrey Verevsky, Chairman of the Kernel Board of Directors, from November 8-13, 2018, acquired more than 178.19 thousand shares of Kernel Holding SA.

This is reported to the company at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The average share price was PLN 51.36 (approximately $ 13.45). The amount of transactions amounted to more than 9.15 million zł (almost 2.4 million dollars)

It is also noted that as of November 13, 2018 Namsen Limited holds 32.66 million Kernel shares, which represent 39.86% of the share capital (number of votes). Prior to the acquisition, Namsen Limited accounted for 39.64%.
