Mohammed bin Rashid: We want the best government services worldwide without delay or excuses

HH Sheikh Mohammed, endorsing the results of the third Global Star Rating System session, which included 167 customer centers in 20 federal entities, noted that providing the best government services in the world is the model and target of any government agency in the UAE .

"We want government agencies to provide the best services in the world," he said. "This is what we seek and we do not accept any hesitation or delay or excuses that prevent it from achieving it."

HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said: "Six years ago, we launched the global service classification system, which assesses each sector according to the level of service it provides. This system reflects our approach to providing an unprecedented service which will please people and improve their quality of life.


"We want all parties to speed up the work and step up efforts to achieve better results at forthcoming meetings that will support our efforts to implement our national agenda and enhance our progress towards the future we seek" . .

The third cycle of the STARS system has seen an increase in the percentage of four star centers from 35% to 74% and the percentage of three-star centers fell from 66% to 23% compared to the previous cycle in 2015. The percentage of centers with 5% Of the total number of centers scored 4.2%.

The results of the third STARS meeting reflected the improvement in the efficiency of government departments and their employees and the significant improvement in the quality and quality of service provided to customers and revealed a qualitative change in party levels and opportunities to improve the performance of the centers representatives and to improve the level of service.
