Coffee brews alcoholic beverages and helps make more sports



Women who drink one or two cups of tea or coffee a day are more physically active than those who consume these drinks less often. This is the result of a study by the School of Human Movement and Nutritional Sciences of the University of Queensland. Researchers suspect that the effect is due to the caffeine content. "Tea and coffee drinkers are less likely to feel tired and have more energy," says the study author Dr. Tina Skinner.
