The legal controversy over the placement of possible last monkeys of the nation in a circus continues. Today, the Supreme Administrative Court of Lower Saxony in Lüneburg deals with the case. The circus pilot filed a lawsuit against the submission of the monkey ordered by the Celle region in the autumn of 2015.
