Clients of Nova KBM and SKB can now withdraw cash for free and control the balance of accounts on the wider ATM network. In this way, banks improve their offer and allow their customers to have cheaper and easier access to ATM services, were informed by SKB today through the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website.
Banks have more than 300 ATMs across the country, the use of which is now free for customers of one or another bank. Most banks in Slovenia charge for the use of other banks' ATMs.
"This collaboration is open to other banks to meet customer needs," Nova KBM and SKB said. According to the per capita ATM number, Slovenia is ranked 16th, which means that Slovenian consumers regularly use ATMs.
Nova KBM Chairman, John Denhof, said the joint network represents a 30% increase in the number of ATMs that can be used free of charge by Nova KBM customers. Meanwhile, the SKB joint network will more than double.
As CEO of SKB Andre Gardella has pointed out, these services have so far been available to their customers for some packages and in cooperation with Nova KBM, the range of these benefits extends to all their customers.
