Experts have warned for a long time that children are mostly unhealthy foods. One-fifth of the children are overweight from the age of seven, one third to the end of elementary school, and the big problem is excessive protein intake.
Thus, a study by scientists from University College London and Oxford University has shown. Even 99.9% of young children consume three times more protein than they need. The scientists behind this are parents who give children lots of dairy products and the British National Institute of Health advises the smallest one not to consume more than 600 ml of milk a day.
The results of the study also showed that two-thirds of the children carry more calories than the recommended dose. And this prospect poses the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
