Two of Lady Gaga’s dogs were stolen on Wednesday night and the man who was walking them was shot, reports the BBC. The attack took place in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
A suspect fired a semi-automatic pistol at the man walking the dogs and then left with two of the three French Bulldogs.
The shooting took him to hospital, but no information is known about his condition, Los Angeles police confirmed to the BBC.
Lady Gaga offered a reward to the one who returns the dogs, Koji and Gustav. The third dog, Miss Asia, left and was later recovered by police.
The singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, is in Rome to shoot a film by Ridley Scott.
Her spokeswoman said anyone with information on the location of the dogs could send an email “without further questions”.
Los Angeles police have confirmed that they are looking for a “possible suspect” who left the scene in a white car.
It is not known exactly if the attack was clearly aimed at Lady Gaga’s dogs. The French Bulldog is a very popular breed in the US and the chicks sell for an average of $ 2,000. The chicks that have an excellent history can reach $ 10,000 per piece.
