THE Live Y95 is the next medium-range phone to be launched very soon. The specifications and prices of the phone were revealed a few days ago. Now there are images from the sales box and an advertising poster, as well as a Geekbench Benchmark.
The Vivo Y95 was measured a few days ago and appears as "Live Alive 1807" in the area. The tested phone has Android 8.1 Oreo and has 4GB of RAM. The chipset is not mentioned, instead of what we find is "USReference_Phone". Although we know it is a octa-core processor with a base frequency of 1.96GHz. We believe the Vivo Y95 is powered by the Snapdragon 439 processor as well as the Vivo Y93 announced in China last week.
Pictures from the phone sales box were also shared on the internet. As you can see above, the Vivo Y95 features a water droplet housing that houses a 20M AI selfie camera. At the back of the box, it reveals that the phone has a 6.22-inch Fullview Halo screen and a 4030mAh battery.
At the bottom of the box is the phone model number as Vivo 1807, as well as geekbench information above. The box also confirms that the phone will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The unit color in the sales box is Starry Black.
The specifications are the same as those of the Y93 sold in China, which led us to the conclusion that this Vivo should only be a renamed version for another (possibly Indian) market. If it is exactly the same as the Y93, you can also expect a color with a red tilt finish. The latest information leak is a promotional image that highlights the phone's water drop screen and the Selfie 20MP AI camera.
The Vivo Y95 is expected to start shortly in India, there is no indication that it will reach other markets.
