Square Enix at Final Fantasy XV's last show did not have too many good news for fans. At first, we learned that all the extras over the Ardyn episode were canceled and then Hajime Tabata, the director of the game, left the company. However, as it turns out, the future of the whole cycle is by no means threatening.
Enix Square reported that Final Fantasy XV was sold around the world in excess of 8.4 million units. This is a very good result, considering the fact that the series has been in a very deep hole in the issue of sales for several times and its global importance is constantly decreasing.
