On Tuesday, Sony announced the release of a free November update, which adds nine new cars and a new track to the game.

Starting this month, players will be able to drive their vehicles to the Circuit Catalunya in Barcelona, where several high-profile competitions, including a Formula 1 race, are being held.

As for the cars that have been added to the roster, the list of exotic engines starts with the 2009 Pagani Zonda R and continues with the 1984 Ferrari GTO and the 2008 Maserati GranTurismo.

Less exotic but equally exciting are the rest of the new cars: 2008 Honda NSX, 2008 Lexus SC430, 2008 Nissan Nismo GT-R, 2005 MINI Cooper S and 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B-Sti. The oldest car in the box is the 1961 Jaguar E-type.

In addition to the new cars and tracks, the creators of the game, Polyphony Digital, added together with Sony two new GT tournaments, one for beginners and one for professionals: the MINI Challenge and the X2014 Nations Cup.

"We hope you enjoy the free update of the month and remember that you can find all the latest GT information here on the PlayStation Blog and on the official Gran Turismo website." said the creator behind the game, Kazunori Yamauchi. "Until next time, the drivers will see you out on the track".

The Grand Turismo Sport was inaugurated on the PS4 in October 2017 and in less than ten months it has reached an amazing number of players. According to official data, more than five million players participated in the FIA GT, which means online game.

Since the game also has a single player mode, this means that the actual number of players is probably much larger.
