JCC 2018: All winners of the 29th edition



The 29th edition of the Chernobyl Film Days ended on November 11th. The names of the winners were revealed at the closing ceremony held in the Cité de la culture. It should be noted that 44 fiction and documentary films, between short films and feature films, were in an official competition.

Golden Tanit: "Fatwa" by Mahmoud Ben Mahmoud (Tunisia)
Silver Tanit: "Yomeddine" by Abu Bakr Shawky (Egypt)
Tanit of Bronze: "The unfinished journey" by Joud Said (Syria)
Best Picture Award: "The unfinished journey" by Joud Said (Syria)
Best Music Award: The film "Rafiki" by Wanuri Kahiu (Kenya)
Best Direction Award: "Supa Modo" by Laryrin Wai Naina (Kenya)
Best Actor Award: Ahmed Hafiane for his role in "Fatwa" by Mahmoud Ben Mahmoud (Tunisia)
Best Actress Award: Samantha Mugatsia for her role in the film "Rafiki" by Wanuri Kahiu (Kenya)
