
The Russian motorcycle maker, Ural, does not intend to lag behind global trends and has created a prototype of its electric motorcycle model, developed with Zero Motorcycles and ICG.
The electric motorcycle is based on the Ural-based CT model, the electric motors, batteries and electronic components used by Zero Motorcycles, while ICG of California was responsible for designing and developing the first concept.
The Ural's eco-friendly motorcycle is equipped with a Z-Force 45 kW (61 Zs; 110 Nm) electric motor and a 19.5-kilowatt battery, which can provide a traffic margin of approximately 165 km. Original built-in charger that allows power from the power supply and charges up to 95% over 13 hours.
Ural claims that the electric motorcycle accelerates very quickly but does not reveal accurate data. The prototype is known to have a top speed of 140 km / h, but is recommended by the manufacturer – 105 km / h.
Suppose Zero Motocycles offer four models of electric motorcycles, but the legendary Harley-Davidson has just released his first motorcycle.
