Hyundai Verna wins new automatic variants of gasoline and diesel

Hyundai has added two new automatic variants to the Verna range and is the diesel engine SX Plus AT and SX (O) AT diesel priced at Rs 11.51 lakhs and Rs 13.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi).

Gasoline SX Plus AT

The petrol version SX Plus AT takes a place between EX and SX (O) in the Verna hierarchy. The available engine is the 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 121bhp / 151Nm and is available with six ATs. It has a value of Rs 83,000 lakhs above the EX AT version and for this addition you get features such as 7.0-inch display system, aluminum wheels, headlamps with DRL LED, sunroof, starter button, hands free boot and keyless entry.

SX (O) Diesel AT

This is a new technology model for Verna's diesel. There is a difference of Rs 1.05 lakhs and Rs 97,000 between SX (O) MT / AT and SX + variants respectively. The diesel engine is the 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine producing 126 bhp / 260 Nm and this engine is available with six AT gears. You get the same feature list and layout with SX (O) gasoline. Includes leather upholstery, ventilated front seats and side and curtain airbags, to name but a few.

It has an Rs of 1.3 lakhs more than the gasoline-powered SX (O) AT gasoline and gets like the Volkswagen Vento diesel AT as well as the Skoda Rapid AT diesel. They are priced significantly lower than the respective oil versions of these cars.
