Hermina told the news that she promoted her growth with fake photos, where she stripped the apartments from her alleged customers paying, but she was also investigated in a surreal scaffolding case.

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has initiated a competition anti-competitive action against Hermina Center Ingatlanforgalmazó Ltd. for alleged breaches of the ban on unfair commercial practices against consumers, the Office said on Friday with MTI. According to the announcement, the company had received many market signals from the company, which allegedly involved an unfair commercial communications practice.

The company has been impressed with the texts and visual elements both on its website and on its website since May 2016 to present the properties it sells, as well as the related services, construction and furnishing options. However, based on the information available to GVH, it is likely that the company used photographs, plans and floor plans of buildings other than the property it placed on the market.

According to the competition authority, Hermina Center Ltd. she did not act in accordance with the professional diligence requirement when she deleted her negative reviews about her social media and commercial communications and she only showed remarkable attendances.

In addition, GVH investigates whether the properties owned by the company as a passive house are in fact passive because it is likely that the properties do not meet the passive house requirements so that the quality of the property can not be adequately documented by the business.

Photographs from sharing photos from the internet have long been a joke in the social media and more news has been made about our company in our publishing house. In the spring we were told that more than one buyer in their development work seemed to have paid the full or partial purchase price when they received a letter from the contractor to terminate their contract. The company referred to the lack of raw materials and labor while the home was still built. According to lawyers injured, the builder wanted to sell the apartments more expensive than he had concluded for 2-3 years.

In October, Hermina was quoted as saying that a company leased the 300 million-forint scaffold to Hermina Happy Land 5-6. houses of the 14th century. Hermina told them that for part of her she bought it with an oral deal – and refused to give it back. At the end of March, Hermina Center Ltd. had over HUF 23 million in the company, and in April he did not want to pay any fees. The businessman filed a lawsuit with the Zugló police station, but the authorities finally refused to start the investigation, arguing that the dispute was a civil dispute, since the embezzlement can not be justified.

However, according to BRFK, the situation is not so easy, so they started the investigation a little later. The police finally took over the scaffold at the beginning of October and Hermina Center Ltd. used it. The police are investigating an unknown actor, Hermina continues to claim to have bought the scaffold for $ 92 million, and a former landlord still belongs, and so began a process.

The start of the competition control procedure does not mean that the company has committed the alleged infringement. The purpose of the procedure is to clarify the facts and, therefore, to prove the alleged infringement. The deadline for the procedure is three months, which can be extended twice, with two months each, in justified cases – says the GVH statement.

Some had paid the full purchase price when he received a letter from the contractor that his contract had been terminated. A horror story about a residential complex.
