A. NEW DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM
1. For the months JUNE, JULY and AUGUST 2021 – DECISION
In companies – employers that it was not possible to submit an application for membership in the SYN-WORK mechanism, is given from scratch the possibility of submitting declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INTEGRATION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(ADAPTATION)” and “APPLICATION / APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” , July and August 2021.
The above repetitive procedure is possible only if in accordance with the procedure defined in article 7 of house no. -WORK through the form E4: Staff Schedule – Supplementary Schedule.
It is clarified that the above possibility given only to companies that have not submitted “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(B-PHASE)”, within the following deadline:

3. It is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(BY PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM of the following deadline, and in particular:
– for employees for whom no DECISION declaration has been submitted,
– for employees who were excluded from BYPHASIS payments

NOTE: Before submitting the form “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE 2 – CORRECT REVIEW” for the employees who were excluded from the payments of the PHASE B, the employers can PHASE and selecting the button [Διαχείριση] to be informed about the reasons for exclusion of employees from the payments of PHASE B.
B. NEW DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF UNIQUE DECLARATIONS FOR ARTISTS AND CULTURE PROFESSIONALS AND TOURISTS AND TOURIST SESSIONS FOR

C. NEW DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF UNIQUE DECLARATIONS FOR EMPLOYEES WITH THE RIGHT OF COMPULSORY RETURN

It is again possible to submit unilateral responsible statements by employees with the right to re-employment, according to article 8 of law 1346/1983 (AD 46) and par. 5 of article 38 of law 1836/1989 (AD 79) in combination with the terms of sectoral collective labor agreements that are in force , to companies – employers of main or non-main hotel and tourist accommodation or tourist buses as drivers, for the granting of special purpose compensation for the months MAY and JUNE 2021, within the following deadline:

D. SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF WORKERS EMPLOYED IN AREAS OF EVIA AFFECTED BY THE FIRE
