Almost 48% of Belo Horizonte dealers who have already planned for the big event of promotions called Black Friday promise premium bonuses of more than half of the prices of products to consumers at the time. Another 13.6% will cut prices between 45% and 50%, according to a survey by Federao do Comrcio de Minas Gerais (Fecomrcio MG). The express number of companies, according to the entity, had not yet determined sales strategies during the survey, which means that the percentage of participating branches should be higher than last year's.
Below a quarter of Belo Horizonte consumers (23.8%) await the arrival of the Brazilian megapromoo for shopping. The Black Friday will be held at 23, inspired by the promotional festival created in the United States in the 1990s. "The success of recent years is linked to the fact that the date has become an opportunity for people to predict Christmas shopping, taking advantage of the best prices, while brands are stepping up sales and boosting market presence, "says Elisa Castro.

Fecomrcio MG's survey showed that 60% of customers really want to take advantage of discounts to guarantee gifts for the holiday season. The majority (62.2%) plans to spend more than R $ 500. Another 24% said they have not yet decided to take advantage of the bids and are therefore susceptible to trade during the period.
The most sought after items are electronics (34.8%). household appliances (24.6%) and clothing, blouses and accessories (21.7%). In addition to lower prices, people expect to find a variety of brands and products (17.2%), as well as ease of payment (17.2%). Among the entrepreneurs heard by Fecomrcio MG, 35% prepared for the big event.
Consumer attention and debt are the factors that can hinder sales at the moment, which account for 81% of the problems that can disrupt the business, according to businessmen. The sample of the survey was 256 companies, heard between 11 and 18 October.
