NASA selects SpaceX for mission to Jupiter moon Europa

The Falcon Heavy produces more than five million pounds (22 million Newtons) in the liftoff, which equates to about eighteen 747 aircraft

NASA on Friday said it had chosen SpaceX to embark on a planned journey to the icy moon of Jupiter Europa, a huge victory for Elon Musk’s company as it delves deeper into the solar system.

The Europa clipper wheel will make about 40 to 50 short passes over Europa to determine if the icy moon could accommodate living conditions.
